Adyn Park

Woodstock, Georgia

Adyn Park is a thoughtfully designed multi-building townhome complex composed of four distinct buildings, each containing a unique number of units. Each townhome features a private garage located at the rear, while the front façades face the street, creating a welcoming entry sequence that draws residents and visitors into the heart of the community. The community is designed to be pedestrian friendly as it is close to the heart of downtown Woodstock.

Central to the development are shared common spaces that encourage social interaction and foster a sense of neighborhood. These areas provide opportunities for gatherings, recreation, and everyday connection. Through careful site planning and architectural detailing, Adyn Park balances private residences, functional outdoor spaces, and vibrant communal life, creating a cohesive and engaging residential environment.

This project was successfully completed by Place Maker Design, prior to the establishment of FUSE Design Studio and was worked on by Timothy Helms, a current team member of FUSE Design Studio.
