Monticello Park

Atlanta, Georgia

Monticello Park is a large, thoughtfully planned multi-building townhome complex featuring several buildings that share a cohesive architectural aesthetic. Each building contains the same number of units, repeated throughout the site to create a sense of rhythm and uniformity. A variety of materials are used to develop an individual architectural language that allows each building to have its own identity.

Through consistent design and careful site organization, Monticello Park establishes a harmonious and visually unified community, balancing private residences with shared streetscapes and fostering a strong sense of neighborhood identity.

This project was successfully completed by Place Maker Design, prior to the establishment of FUSE Design Studio and was worked on by Timothy Helms, a current team member of FUSE Design Studio.
