This project envisions a one-and-a-half-story single-family residence thoughtfully designed for both comfort and practicality. The home includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms, organized to provide a harmonious balance between private and shared spaces. The home is situated in a historic neighborhood in Atlanta, Georgia and is uniquely designed to conform to its surroundings.
A covered porch offers unneighborly views while maintaining the home’s architectural presence and connection to the surrounding site. The design emphasizes proportion, clarity, and functionality, resulting in a residence that is welcoming, enduring, and tailored to modern family living.
