The Gates at King Springs

Sandy Springs, Georgia

The Gates at King Springs is a thoughtfully planned multi-building townhome complex in Sandy Springs, with each building containing six units. Each townhome includes a private garage, providing convenient and secure parking while maintaining a clean and organized streetscape. The units are oriented toward the street, creating a welcoming entry sequence that guides residents and visitors into the center of the community.


At the heart of the design are shared common spaces that encourage social interaction and foster a strong sense of neighborhood. These areas provide opportunities for gatherings, recreation, and everyday connection. Through careful site planning and architectural detailing, The Gates at King Springs balances private residences, functional outdoor spaces, and vibrant communal life, establishing a cohesive and engaging living environment.


This project was successfully completed by Place Maker Design, prior to the establishment of FUSE Design Studio and was worked on by Timothy Helms, a current team member of FUSE Design Studio.
