Upper West Side Warehouse

Atlanta, GA

Located in West Midtown, Atlanta, Georgia, this project focuses on transforming three warehouse buildings into loft-style office spaces with common corridors and communal areas. The design capitalizes on views of both the street front and the surrounding nature. The exterior façade is bold and elaborate, featuring artwork that offers branding opportunities for the complex and its tenants. Additionally, steel canopies are proposed at entry points, paying tribute to the railroad tracks that once served the building.
